pre-training densification with an 80x ratio (it's amazing, the densification can be super fast and the splat looks okay even at 500 steps + it means pretty much anything that was in an image will be correctly modeled in the splat)
Lichtfeld MRNF to 7k steps
Splats cut out from whole with SAM3 masks and aligned cameras
Unfortunately as the images were shot at f4 and 1/180 they are severely lacking in quality so the result could be much better.
Total processing time of about 20 minutes not including conversion of images from raw to jpg.
