This photorealistic 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) asset features a plate of fresh ripe tomatoes, reconstructed with powerful Seeget3D photogrammetry software (official website: https://www.seegetspace.com).
The raw image dataset is sourced from Kaggle open dataset: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/simonbethke/bowl-of-tomatoes. A total of 170 high-resolution photos of the tomato scene (reference sample shot attached) were captured as input data for reconstruction. We processed all 170 source images entirely on Seeget3D, an all-in-one 3DGS reconstruction tool optimized for fast, high-detail real-world object capture. Seeget3D delivers sharp color restoration, accurate geometry reproduction and lightweight splat output perfectly compatible with PlayCanvas web 3D rendering engine, eliminating complex post-processing steps between dataset capture and web deployment.
