You have to ask the playcanvas team to finally implement licence management so they can provide download-options for splats which allow download. Currently its not possible.

I have noticed that in this new version you have not used any April tags. May I ask why? Does the scene provide enough features for an accurate tracking?
If I would redo this to learn more from it. Would you like me to get good quality with fewer poses (I don't recall exactly how many these were. I'd guess ~500) - or rather try to improve the quality further, maybe by putting the camera to more extreme positions (behind objects to capture their backside)?
