@kikooooo2 : yes I always shoot RAW and edit highlights, shadows, exposure etc. It's essential if you aim for quality. Also: the scene was trained using RTX 4080 with 16GB VRAM. Yes, its not enough to get 21M splats. But I have a solution for this: I split the scene into 2 parts and trained them separately (and then joined the splats)
