Figgjeskjær tåkeklokke og fyrlykt. I området ligg ei skyttarstilling og løpegrav frå andre verdskrig.
Tåkeklokka stod tidlegare på Langøytangen fyr. Ved fornying av tåkeluren vart tåkeklokka flytta og satt opp på Figgjeskjær i 1911. Tåkeklokka vart satt opp i eit kvitmala trebygg i sveitserstil.
Ved tåke slo klokka for at ein skulle høyre kvar innseglinga til Langøysund var. Klokka var mellom 500 og 700 kilo. Eit urverk inne i bygget dreiv hammaren som slo på klokka.
Figgjeskjær tåkeklokke vart teke ut av bruk i 1989. I dag er tåkeklokka og området rundt freda. Tåkeklokka er i statleg eige, medan området rundt er i privat eige.

Near the fog bell are a wartime firing position and trench from the Second World War.
Originally located at Langøytangen Lighthouse, the fog bell was moved to Figgjeskjær in 1911 and installed in a white-painted wooden building. In foggy weather, it helped guide ships to the entrance of Langøysund. A clockwork mechanism powered the hammer that struck the bell.
The fog bell remained in use until 1989. Today, both the bell and its surroundings are protected heritage sites. The bell is state-owned, while the surrounding land is privately owned.
