This reconstruction of Vuores, a neighbourhood in Tampere, Finland, was generated from 7,700 12 MP images captured by a DJI Mini 5 Pro following an automated flight plan generated by Aerial3D.
The imagery was processed using Teleport by Varjo's large area reconstruction pipeline, which automates camera pose estimation, scene reconstruction, and splat optimization at scale. The current self service pipeline supports datasets of up to 10,000 input images, training resolutions up to 5K, and reconstructions containing up to 100 million splats.
The final scene was trained at 5K resolution and contains approximately 62 million Gaussian splats.
