Locomotive 31270 Athena at Didcot Railway Centre

Locomotive number 31270 'Athena' is a 1961 Class 31 engine originally owned by British Railways as part of a push to replace steam trains. It's currently sited at the excellent Didcot Railway Centre in England and is apparently still operational. The splat was created by Kiri Engine using reframed and dewarped footage from 8k Insta360 video taken with an X4 camera. Due to filming the video from ground level with a selfie stick the splat is best viewed from below roof level. It isn't downloadable so is made available on SuperSplat for general viewing of the site in the hope you will go and visit this wonderful locomotive. Thanks. Not sure which Pendennis Castle is but I've got some more videos to process, including in the sheds, which I'll hopefully upload splats of soon.

Awesome! I go to Didcot regularly. It's on my list to scan some of the locos. Do Pendennis Castle next!
