@will i have no idea how to scale it correctly. i mean, when I'm import ply made in LichtField here, it's seems realy huge, in comparison with default camera position, so I usually scale it down by eye. I'm not sure, how to even check what actuall hight ceiling is on any stage of building that. Lichtfield is pretty limited.. i'm not sure if reality scan can show me anything related to that...

I love seeing videogame scenes reproduced as splats. Nice! But I think the scene is scaled too small (so it won't work correctly in VR or the forthcoming walk mode).
