Small automated polder weir near the Dobbeplas. Captured in a short video taken with an Insta360 X5 at 8K. Dual fisheye frames extracted (2.5 fps) and masked (person, sky) with the 360 video plugin in LightFeld Studio, then trained in Colmap with both fisheye frames in a rig. A brief sequential / no rig attempt failed, a longer exhaustive / rig run gave good poses.
Trained in LightFeld Studio with GUT, but with the original mask replaced with a basic mask for just the outer circle and a small section near the nadir to crop the cameraman, so the sky could be trained. As revealed by blueish artifacts, a better cameraman mask should have been used.
VRAM shortage (12 GB) necessitated downsampling the images to 1920 px for training with GUT, though I doubt this had much effect on the result, which still looks nice, except for the background. Pinhole training after fisheye poses should improve performance, but I haven't gotten that path to work yet.
