Finally found a way to extract raw Scaniverse data from iPhone, so I can process the same dataset with different tools.
- 156 images (1920x1440) (manually removed blurry frames from dataset)
- reconstruction with Colmap (OpenCV camera model)
- training with Slang-Splat (1.2M splats, 100k iterations - though even after 7k it looked pretty fine)
