First large capture test with my sub-250g drone. Learned a lot from this first attempt, excited to try it again now that I have a better handle on how fast these large clouds move in Texas.
Capture was 450 photos (50mp stills) in high wind. I'm tuning in my ideal capture steps and parameters but for the most part its much simpler than I expected. Reconstructed in RealityScan, COLMAP data exported to LFS to train at 6M gaussians for 45k steps, converted into SOG and uploaded to SuperSplat.
