I shot a 5 minute 4k60fps video with an iPhone 17 Pro Max in one pass of myself going around the building.
I extracted 4400 frames from that.
I used COLMAP to solve the cameras, and to reconstruct the scene.
I used Brush to render to Splat.
I used SuperSplat to clean (some of the) floaters present.
