@perf our workflow is quite simple, based on XGRIDS solution:
For these high quality 3DGS we do several passes, moving the scanner at different heights and positions, performing detailed capture at strategic locations and walking very slowly to avoid motion blur.
Processing is done in LCC Studio and there is virtually no post processing, only cleaning of some splats and color adjustment.
The collision was added using supersplat solution. We process de voxel-based collision model using splat-transform and imported in the supersplat editor.
