This is Valve's office in Bellevue, Washington, which they moved into in 2017.
The dataset came from the official e-book The Final Hours of Half-Life: Alyx, which has a section where you can explore the office through 360° panoramas and a photogrammetry scene. I exported the panoramas, aligned them in Agisoft Metashape, and trained the splat in Lichtfeld Studio. It's made with 60,000 iterations and around 11 million Gaussians. The quality is limited by the source material, it's the best result I could get from the available data. Collision geometry was modeled in Blender.
There's plenty to look around, the iconic water-cut Valve logo on the wall, the Valve turnwheel, prop replicas from their games, fan gifts, and if you look toward the back, you can spot a Steam Box prototype.
You may need to wait a moment for the LODs to load in.
