Villa Harria is a future ocean-view villa project in Biarritz, generated as a hybrid Gaussian Splatting scene. Since the villa is not built yet, the workflow combines a real site capture with a fully CG architectural insertion.
The existing terrain and surroundings were captured and reconstructed to preserve the true spatial context of the site. The future villa was modelled in 3ds Max and rendered with Corona Renderer, then integrated into the captured environment. RealityScan was used for the photogrammetry/reconstruction stage, while Postshot was used to train and generate the final 3D Gaussian Splat.
The result is a pre-construction immersive visualization blending real-world capture and synthetic architecture into a single splat-based experience.
