This is an Aloe ferox (Cape Aloe), a hardy South African succulent.
I'm noticing white specks scattered across the leaves, which could be mealybugs, spider mites, powdery mildew, or mineral deposits from tap water.
If you've seen this before and know what it is, I'd love your help identifying it and figuring out what to do!
