Cochem Imperial Castle, Germany

429

Reichsburg Cochem overlooking the Moselle River in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The scan represents the 19th-century neo-Gothic/neo-Romanesque reconstruction (after 1868) on the site of the original 11th-century imperial castle destroyed by French troops in 1689. Model includes the upper castle with keep, gate building, curtain walls, towers, and the terraced slope down toward the Moselle. To create this model, I used videos by MARROS, available at https://www.pexels.com/@marros/gallery/?filter=videos Google Maps to this place — https://maps.app.goo.gl/w55rayBH58RsCPDs9 (3d). 3D model — https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/cochem-imperial-castle-germany-6b2c9100f85547a9817c787c5d2498ae
