About 1000 360 captured about every 3 feet with Insta360x5 in Interval Photo mode. One photo every 3s (plus a good 5 seconds or so to write the photo to the SD card). Took a good 5-6 hours, single visit. Initially aligned with RealityScan and PostShot, but wasn't quite happy. Took days to run the alignment, make some tweaks, then more days to align. Then I discovered Spirula, which can process INSV files natively (but not INSP files). It just extracts the frames from the video and splits them in half. So I made a script that split all the INSP files in half into cam0 and cam1 jpeg files, fed it to Spirula, and it did a phenomenal job at aligning everything and training the splat. I had it create depth and normal maps to help fill in the walls. I may have overdone it on number of splats, I may trim that down and re-upload.

amazing splat, very impressed this was a 360 shoot, how long did it take to shoot the whole house? did you do it all in one go? processing time for the splat?
