In 2001, the painter Florent Maussion was the first to set up his studio in the former Central 2 building of Carreau du Bois II, in Nyoiseau, Maine-et-Loire. This choice marked the beginning of a metamorphosis: that of an emblematic industrial site transformed into a place of contemporary creation.
