A 3D Gaussian Splat of a Thai elephant souvenir, reconstructed from two smartphone turntable videos captured at level and elevated angles. IS-Net and SAM 2 were used for foreground separation, followed by color-aware mask cleanup and despilling. COLMAP recovered the camera positions and initial geometry, and Nerfstudio Splatfacto trained the final model for 20,000 iterations. The exported result contains 30,184 Gaussians and was recentered for easier interactive viewing.
