On your Manage page there is Upload Splat button, and you should add your LCC file there. I'm not familiar with LCC file generation, but please do make sure LODs are inside of that LCC file, perhaps those are optional.

@mvaligursky thanks for the feedback and the tips. I did upload the LCC directly, but I am not sure why it is not with improved performance. I'l investigate further and update this model soon. This was our first upload to Supersplat, I am super happy with the image quality, but it indeed is not with optimal performance.

you should upload the LCC file directly, which would use LODs from it - this would look and perform much better, please try it,
