@ichsan2895 Thank you dude. I agree that my stack is a bit unusual. It's like that in part because my workstation is an Ubuntu server with 16 gigs of ram & a 1080 ti GPU, which imposes very particular restrictions. Can't have a GUI, can't do the newest most badass CUDA math, don't have a lot of memory, etc... So it's always a game of optimization, which is super fun for me.

I like this scene since you are unique because you use unusual software (gsplat+LoMa colmap) Nowadays, there are a realityscan that faster than colmap, then lichtfeld or brush that more better than gsplat.
