This is a 3D Gaussian splat of our model home in Erin, Ontario, Canada. The Kingsbridge model. Which is about 2.867 sq. ft. 1,185 DJI 360 photos → SAM3 person/stick masking → Spirula Studio alignment and Gaussian splat training with MoGe2 normals (50k steps, RTX 4070) → PlayCanvas SplatTransform streaming SOG export → custom Python cleanup.
