This is a "Monarc Stollenkonfekt mit Rosinen und Marzipan". Shot from 114 perspectives (3 were unusable), 8 focus stacked images each. Nikon D810, cropped sensor, f/16, ISO 200, Nikon 200mm zoom lens and 10mm extension. The diffuse light was stationary above the subject, the rim light moved with the camera.
