The Gilt Bronze Water-Moon Guanyin Statue dates back to the Wu Yue Kingdom during the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms Period, with a total height of 53 centimeters. It was unearthed in 1958 from the foundation of the Wanfo Pagoda in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. The statue boasts exquisite craftsmanship: Guanyin wears a crown on the head, with a small Buddha image inlaid in the center of the crown front, and the head is slightly lowered, presenting a gentle posture. The right leg is lifted and placed on a stone seat, while the left leg hangs down naturally, showing a demeanor of ease and solemnity. A pure water vase is placed under the stone seat on the right side, with delicate details. Behind Guanyin, there is a circular halo, and a flame pattern is decorated on the upper, left and right outer edges of the halo.
