Abu Simbel is a UNESCO World Heritage site comprising two massive rock-cut temples carved into the mountainside of ancient Nubia. Commissioned by Ramesses II to project Egyptian power over this gold-rich region, the monuments were famously dismantled and relocated in the 1960s to save them from rising waters. This site remains a masterpiece of Pharaonic engineering and a symbol of global heritage preservation. This project demonstrates Flyover Zone’s capacity to transform high-fidelity photogrammetry into fully optimized 3D splats. The resulting model delivers a seamless, detailed experience across both mobile devices and PCs. For inquiries, please contact bernie@flyoverzone.com
