1. Raw aerial images from CyArk in Open Heritage. I resized images by 25% because of limited computer power. 2. Camera poses by using Colmap 3.8. 3. Trains splats by using Nerfstudio splatfacto for 90k iters. 4. Floaters cleaned by Supersplat and publish it.
