VL Viima II is a Finnish two-seat biplane trainer originally built in the late 1930s by the State Aircraft Factory (Valtion Lentokonetehdas). This particular aircraft, restored and preserved in a glass display case, has become a distinctive local landmark in Härmälänranta, Tampere. The Viima was widely used by the Finnish Air Force for pilot training and is a rare historical example of early Finnish aviation.
