Is this scaled correctly? The splats are flickering all the time and I think I've seen this before. This could happen due to beeing tens of times too large or too small.
trained in gsplat, mcmc with bilateral grid and a little bit of learning rate tuning. i think this is about 1700 images shot on a consumer dji drone + some handheld photography (i trained this for a friend, not entirely sure the equipment specs)
