The reason why we use a camera array is because if we don't shoot synchronously, even slight shaking of the person will result in unsatisfactory results
Love to find out more about your camera rig. I am thinking this is two 3DGS files. One the stage and the second for the couple. I have also been working on something similar using a single 150 degree FOV camera in Portrait mode on a rotating boom with light bar that rotates around the subject. The 3D backgrounds are created in Unreal Engine using synthetic camera and synthetic camera boom. Since my light bar is an RGB light array, I can program RGB values that match the lighting from the Unreal Engine scene. I hope to debut it at the next masquerade ball in Portland, OR USA.
